This accomplishment follows the organization’s successful recertification last year and validates its commitment to internationally-recognized quality management standards. By maintaining this certification, TGSI continues to ensure that its service delivery consistently meets customer expectations while adhering to all necessary statutory and regulatory requirements, parallel to TGSI’s commitment to “Tapat at Ganap na serbisyo” (Honest and Efficient Service).

Now in its second certification cycle, the audit confirms that TGSI’s Quality Management System remains both effective and strategically aligned with its long-term goals. By gauging the effectiveness of current programs, TGSI has been able to implement adjustments to its internal processes, thereby fostering a culture of continuous improvement and enhanced service reliability.
