Safety by Design: Why “Bahala Na” is NOT a Safety Strategy
Safety by Design
We’ve all heard the classic Filipino lines when things get a bit sketchy: “Diskarte lang ’yan!”, “Tiwala lang!” or the legendary “Bahala ni si Batman!” While diskarte sometimes gets us through traffic or tight budgets, it’s a recipe for disaster when it comes to structured policies and management systems in our offices.
At TGServices, we believe that safety shouldn’t be an afterthought. It needs to be baked into the blueprint, what we call Safety by Design. We integrate safety into our specific services to ensure that mediocrity isn’t part of our organization.
How TGServices Designs Safety Into Its Services
The Bottom Line: Safety that is “Tapat at Ganap” (Honest and Efficient)
In the Philippines, we love a good shortcut, but at TGServices, we know that the shortest distance between two points is a safe, well-designed path. By choosing our managed services, you aren’t just hiring manpower; you are adopting a system where every task is engineered to protect your assets and your people. On top of that, we take serious commitment to our company values, which we sincerely extend to our clients.
